Training Course
Cooperatively we intend to strengthen corporate teams by utilising SpeedDart sport and the core values it possesses to achieve a successful outcome.
The sport of SpeedDart is the use of high powered foam dart blasters, precision thinking and team strategy within a 5 player versus 5 player high speed elimination game.
Building a successful team requires the members to cooperatively unite around a clear goal and work together to achieve that goal. Individuals learn to depend on the other members utilising their shared strengths and empowering each other to contribute their unique skills and experiences. A successful team measures itself by the goals it sets upon itself.
Bronze Package
The bronze package includes standard gameplay, using the Speeddart Sport formula participants engaged in gameplay that strengthens teamwork and communication within teams. This package includes tailored gameplay, some enjoyable entertaining sessions for fun, and the required equipment for gameplay.
Silver Package
This course aims to hone their knowledge, skills and competencies within the corporate world by improving individual and organisational performance utilising the sport and strategy of SpeedDart Sport. SpeedDart aims to equip players with the fundamental knowledge, specialised skills and winning attitudes to achieve a unified result.
This package combines gameplay with theoretical strategy and tactical exercises that apply to the sport of speeddart, and applying the concepts to the corporate world.
Gold Package
Additional to the silver package, participants will receive higher level tactical training and procedures with one on one and team coaching from our experienced personel. Tailored gameplay to advance participants team work, group and individual competitors and communication.
